Wow, Koen Sushi is amazing. The food and service were both top-notch. We started with the spicy garlic edamame, and it was really good. We shared a few sushi rolls—definitely try the Carrot Top, Ex Wife, and Austin Roll, they were all fantastic. We also got some chicken fried rice, and it was so flavorful. Honestly, we’re hooked on everything we tried. I heard about this place from one of my students, and I’m really glad I took their suggestion. I even got to meet the owner, and he’s such a great person. If you’re nearby, you have to check out Koen Sushi. Definitely a hidden gem!

Was recommended this place by my physical therapist. We got a seat at the sushi bar and the waiter we had was attentive and the sushi rolls we had were on point. We will be back.

We decided to eat here because my wife loves bento. The reviews of the restaurant were mostly positive, and we agree. It was a good experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive the entire time. The food was excellent and very fresh! If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to give them a try if you enjoy good quality Japanese food.

I’ve been here twice and each time the food has been on point! I almost forgot to take pictures but the delivery and presentation of their sushi is awesome! Their sauces are very good as well. Servers are fast with their service. Sorry for the partial dish pictures

Food was exceptional! Sushi was fresh and presented amazingly on each plate! Server was suggestive when we asked for recommendations, and very attentive and friendly! All the rolls we ordered were like a work of art and sooooo delicious!! A must if you’re in the round rock area!!

We had a lovely meal here. My friend and I shared 4 rolls and it was more than enough. The waygu beef room and the ultimate salmon were our favorites. The service was extremely friendly and timely, and overall we had a great time.
